1. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit of 25% of the total tour cost. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure receive a full refund minus processing fees.

2. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Honest Globe Adventures provides basic coverage, but additional insurance may be necessary for certain activities.

3. Health and Safety

Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in activities. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns arise.

4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemic restrictions.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour. We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or consequential losses beyond our direct control.
